Posting now

Our story, 2015 to today

2015

The night shift.

Two friends ran three local accounts from a kitchen table after their day jobs. They posted at 11pm, because that's when the customers were awake.

2017

The post that broke the inbox.

A 14-second video for a neighborhood bakery crossed 4 million views in a weekend. By Monday there were 300 unread messages. They made their first hires.

2019

Building the system.

A shared content calendar, a response playbook, and a weekly report clients actually read. It held up for 40 brands.

2020

Everyone moved online.

Overnight, every client's storefront became their feed. The team became a 24/7 community desk across three time zones.

2023

The creator era.

Short-form video stopped being optional. The team opened an in-house studio and built a network of more than 900 creators.

Today

Every platform, every hour.

120 people and more than 200 brands. Someone is on shift whenever your audience is online.

Four steps, repeated every month.

  1. 1Listen

Two weeks reading your comments, reviews, and DMs before we post anything. Then we tell you what we heard.

  2. 2Plan

A month of posts on one shared calendar, approved in one meeting, with room left for whatever happens next.

  3. 3Publish

We post, reply, and moderate in shifts, around the clock. Nothing waits until Monday.

  4. 4Learn

A one-page report every Monday: what worked, what didn't, and what changes this week.

Your audience is online right now.
